"I don't normally write reviews, but I was really disappointed with inattentiveness, pricing and transparency with this office. I don't want others to go through what I did. I hope this agency trains the employees and works on providing a better service to retain customers."
"Hi Elsa, I am sorry you feel this way. I always make sure we are helping our customers in everything we can. I see that my team had called you numerous times regarding your drive safe and save discount there were things that you needed to provide in order not tonloose your discount but we never received anything from you. Your rates also went up because Washington rates are increasing just like groceries, gas and rent. You also replaced your vehicle to a newer one and added a driver. I see you spoke to my team member and requested to cancel your policies and we did. You also emailed us regarding an email you recieved and we let you know right away that we apologized the email was sent out automatically but we had already cancelled your policies effective the date you requested. Please keep in mind that we submit the request then it goes to our underwriting team to process from there it goes to our billing department. I am not sure what inatentiveness or price transparency we disappointed you in. We have emailed you and sent you text. I am sorry we were not able to lower your rates to what you wanted but that's out of my hands we follow our companies rates. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions! "
